Contract Administrator

The Contract Administrator will be responsible for contract negotiation and administration of formally advertised and complex purchases. This position will also perform various administrative tasks related to the functioning of the Ellis County Purchasing Department. This position will be responsible for monitoring contract performance, compliance, and contractual obligations.
