SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE

Performs highly complex (senior-level) contract management, purchasing, and procurement work, ensuring compliance and efficiency in acquiring commodities and services. Responsibilities include planning, organizing, and preparing procurement documents, maintaining detailed records, and developing and evaluating various contracts. Serves as a key resource by supporting and training peers, providing feedback, guidance, and innovative improvement solutions. Works under minimal supervision with considerable latitude for initiative and independent judgment.
